Service Repairs

Maximizing the life of your assets and helping you effectively manage repair costs are AlphaTech’s only objectives.  Our ISO 9001 certified equipment repair facility operates under strict quality standards.  Prompt on-site service is our hallmark with 48-hour maximums for on-site response time.  Technical support is typically provided within 2 hours.  It included travel and labor and all required replacement parts.   We will replace all worn parts as well as align, clean and polish all analytical instruments we service.  On-site support teams are thoroughly trained and equipped with the latest tools, technologies, and resources to efficiently solve any instrumentation issues.  The highest quality parts and components are used for each repair.  All of our personnel are courteous and professional full-time AlphaTech employees.

 

Preventative Maintenance

Preventing repairs often delivers higher productivity, and preventative maintenance is extraordinarily valuable for reducing operating costs while maintaining lifetime equipment performance.  Proactive annual preventative maintenance visits can be scheduled as needed.  This service can be purchased or provided on-site for specific instruments and scheduled at recommended time intervals, according to your specific operational needs.  We have been providing on-site hardware maintenance for over two decades and our field service personnel deliver the highest quality service with the fastest possible response times.  After all maintenance checks have been completed, all components are functionally tested, and a QA report provided to ensure the highest quality service and customer satisfaction.
